Connect your Dialogue AI assistant to Microsoft Teams. Message the bot directly in Teams to chat with your agent.

For Teams Admins

Download the Dialogue Teams app package and upload it to your organisation’s app catalog.

Installation

  1. Download the .zip file using the button above
  2. Go to Teams Admin Center
  3. Navigate to Teams apps > Manage apps > Upload new app
  4. Upload the downloaded .zip file
  5. The app appears in your organisation’s app catalog

Users in your organisation can then find and install “Dialogue” from their Teams app store.

For Users

Once your Teams admin has installed the app:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams
  2. Go to Apps and search for “Dialogue”
  3. Install the app and start a chat with the bot
  4. The bot will send you a Sign in to Dialogue button
  5. Click the button to link your Teams account to your Dialogue account
  6. You’re connected — send messages to chat with your AI agent

No Microsoft 365 integration or link codes required. The Teams bot works independently.
